Baseball in Kuwait

One of the highlights of our time in Kuwait has been Joe's involvement with Kuwait Little League baseball.  Joe coached a team in the senior division (hs age boys) and his Dodgers crew, which had 13 boys from eight different nations, dominated the league the entire season finishing with more wins than the other three teams combined.  Joe had a lot of fun coaching the recreation league players and he also was asked to coach the national all star team for Kuwait.  This was another highlight as the Kuwait Senior Cobras won their first international tournament by beating a very strong Dubai team and also defeating coalitions from Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.  All the other teams had rosters made up of American boys, while the Kuwait team was filled with many local boys.  Joe had a lot of fun coaching this team and the boys did very well.
