Please pray...

Please pray for us, as we are leaving ETBU and do not know where we are headed or what we are to do.  We are not wanted here and have been hurt deeply, so we are beginning the long process of packing up our life to move somewhere that is yet to be determined.  We have faith in the Lord's will for our lives and know that Jesus has better plans for us, but we are deeply troubled by the way we have been treated here by the administration of the university.  Our hearts are broken for the students, as we have grown to love them very quickly.  We will miss them.  

So please keep us in your prayers,  Pray that we will be given peace to cling to.  Pray that we will hear quickly and clearly which direction to go.  Pray that we see Jesus and serve Jesus through it all...

We're FAMOUS!!..in Marshall, TX

Marshall is small...the fame, nonexistent. Anyway, the local paper had an article about us as new employees at East Texas Baptist University. Yeah, we've been here for a couple of months but there have been a ton of changes around here. So, here is the link if you are interested (yeah, thats Joe in a suit!)

Also, we have put some of the finishing touches on our offices and apartment and will get some pictures up ASAP. Pray for us as students begin arriving this week. We are here for them and are so glad that they will finally be with us though, for Lindsay, that brings some nervous stomach feelings (its a Carr thing).
